Coded Arts Ltd, a dynamic interactive media company based in Trinidad and Tobago, has grown impressively from its humble beginnings in a small garage to a two-storey facility housing over 30 creative professionals. Initially nurtured within UTT’s uSTART business incubator, Coded Arts benefited from vital infrastructure, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities, which helped lay the foundation for their success. Today, with 90% of their clients based in the USA and Europe, the company continues to contribute significantly to foreign exchange earnings for Trinidad and Tobago. As they expand into developing their own intellectual properties and working alongside international artists and trainers, Coded Arts is raising the bar for Caribbean representation in the global digital content and gaming industry. Their evolution is a testament to the critical role incubators play in fostering innovation, resilience, and world-class talent. From inception to now, Coded Arts received guidance and mentorship from SIMs very own, Wayne Mandeville.
